MK-GTE Glue Style Tray/Carton Former
The MK-GTE offers an easy carton/tray blank loading magazine. The magazine is on a vertical orientation and the cartons/trays can be easily loaded at an ergonomic level. No more having to accurately stack the cartons/trays on a horizontal orientation. In addition, the MK-GTE has an innovative quick changeover feature. The cartons/trays are formed using a mandrel head and folding rails. Changeover is completed by simply replacing the mandrel head and adjusting the folding rails. The MK-GTE does not require a female forming tool which significantly reduces the cost of change parts.
