The VV-VLM – Vector Vertical Manuload Cartoner is an innovative product for vertical cartoning. The VV-VLM’s unique design allows a carton to erect horizontally and then manual load vertically. Thus, the VV-VLM combines the ease of vertical product loading with the robust nature of horizontal carton erecting. All the advantages of horizontal and vertical cartoning are attainable with one cartoner: the VV-VLM. The VV-VLM is also a safer solution compared to a manual load horizontal cartoner as there is less risk of finger trapping. The VV-VLM is very useful for companies looking to hand load bags, bottles, vials, household products, and more. All these features make the VV-VLM a cost-effective solution for companies looking for a durable and flexible cartoner.

The VV-VLM also has optional equipment such as 4′ or 8′ extended magazines, servo assist change over on key change over points, and open flap detection. This vertical cartoner comes standard with an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC system as well as AB servo motors and drives. Glue, tuck or both are available on this heavy-duty vertical cartoner.
