RB-PPG – ROBOPACK TOP LOAD PICK AND PLACE CASE PACKER

Introducing the RB-PPG – Robopack Top Load Pick and Place Case Packer, the latest in technologically advanced, value-priced servo-based robotic case packers. The RB-PPG can handle a wide range of flexible products, including pillow bags, stand-up pouches, various bottles, and difficult-to-handle products. The RB-PPG efficiently top loads cartons, glass, and plastic bottles, gable-top containers into RSC cases, or chipboard trays. The RB-PPG provides rugged, around-the-clock reliability. It has a small footprint and a dual-axis servo gantry robot that can perform up to 40 cycles per minute, and carry payloads over 50 pounds. The RB-PPG also features Allen Bradley controls and servos for smooth operation and accurate fault diagnostics.

The unit can integrate with an existing tray former or case erector. AFA can also supply its case erector or tray former for seamless integration. A case positioner conveyor comes standard with the RB-PPG to provide precision when loading as well as flap control. These features ensure positive loading of product during the top load process. Also standard on the RB-PPG is remote troubleshooting capability through a VPN.
