TL-GDP – HIGH SPEED GRAVITY DROP LOAD BAG CASE PACKER

The TL-GDP – High Speed Gravity Drop Load Case Packer integrates accumulation, case erecting, case loading and sealing into one compact machine. The servo driven TL-GDP is ideally suited for accurate loading of cases and crates. Smooth movements are guaranteed to ensure low mechanical strain and speeds up to 100 products per minute. On-screen programming of this bag case packer allows for easy adding of loading patterns. Sealing methods on the TL-GDP include tape, hot melt glue, cold glue, or a combination of cold glue and hot melt glue. All these features add up to an efficient bag case packer for any production line.

 The TL-GDP Case Packer can also be set up as a stand-alone machine. No need to purchase a case erector and top sealer if you already have these systems. This flexibility allows the TL-GDP to integrate into your production line seamlessly. Also, the TL-GDP features Allen Bradley Servos and Controls to provide smooth operation and accurate loading. A servo driven case positioner is standard on this robust case packer.
