TR-QCR – TransrectorTM All Servo Case Erector
The TR-QCR – TransrectorTM All Servo Case Erector provides the ultimate benefits in case erecting flexibility. The TransrectorTM features an all servo controlled changeover. With a push of a button all the dimensions on the case and pattern formation are changed. In addition, the TransrectorTM incorporates a Flat Stack MagazineTM and Cartesian Robot case erecting technology. This unique combination eliminates tabs and pins on the magazine for fast and repeatable changeover. Therefore, no adjustment of the tabs and pins is required.
MK-LSP – Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner
The MK-LSP – Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner is beneficial for companies looking to minimize floor space and have an efficient cartoner. The versatile MK-LSP in-feed system is engineered to handle the most complex product configurations. The compact design of the MK-LSP ensures a minimal footprint on your production floor. The linear servo pack provides accurate feedback and diagnostics, precise and fast positioning and high packing speed to maximize cartoning efficiency. Standard No Product, No Carton, No Load feature helps to minimize energy usage. Also, standard on the MK-LSP are stainless steel main drive shafts and frame, quick change adjustments and PLC controls with panel view touch screen operator station.
CE-CEB – Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Sealer
AFA Systems is offering a special Pack Expo 2014 discount on our CE-CEB – Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Sealer. We currently have two show machines in stock and we are offering them at a very low price: $20,000 each. The CE-CEB features speeds up to 14 cases per minute, very simple changeover procedure, small footprint, and an Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC and HMI. The show machines also offer a very short lead time.
