The MK-CMS – Horizontal Continuous Motion Autoload Sleever is ideal for packaging various applications such as yogurt cups, prepared foods, dairy products, and confectionery products. The MK-CMS features an innovative rotary feeder design. The rotary feeder will only activate when product is present in the loading buckets. This feature ensures lower energy consumption as the rotary feeder will only run when product is sensed. The MK-CMS can also package the most complex sleeve applications with ease and reliability. Also, the small footprint MK-CMS can easily integrate with existing or new production lines. Stainless steel construction, full guarding with safety interlocks, and ergonomic design are standard on the MK-CMS.

The MK-CMS can be set-up to run as a manual, semi-auto, or fully automatic system. The unit can also be designed to run in a wet environment with food-grade servo motors and NEMA 4x enclosures. The robust sleever can handle wrap-around sleeves, which save on carton production costs and increases magazine capacity.
