The TRANSPACKTOR

Meet the new standard for bottle case packing applications. The TRANSPACKTOR replaces old-fashioned drop case packing technology with a patented system that provides an ultra compact footprint. The TRANSPACKTOR consolidates multiple pieces of equipment, including a case erector, bottle diverter/laner, partition inserter and case packer in one compact machine.

The TRANSPACKTOR never drops the product into a case, resulting in minimized product damage. The case is placed over top of the bottles and the bottles are always secure.

In addition, the TRANSPACKTOR provides extremely fast, accurate, and repeatable changeover. The entire machine can be changed over in less than two minutes. The ergonomic Flat Stack Magazine™ requires no adjustments when changing over case sizes.
