AC-RPA – FIFO PRODUCT ACCUMULATOR
The AC-RPA – FIFO Product Accumulator accumulates product on a first in first out manner. This process allows the production line to maintain its manufacturing orientation, which enables effective quality control. The product can be received at any rate and discharged at the same or a different rate. This feature allows for the smooth integration of different line equipment. Furthermore, when downstream equipment malfunctions, the AC-RPA will continue to accumulate product. This feature will allow the upstream equipment to continue its operations, which decreases labor costs and prevents profit erosion. Stainless steel construction and full guarding come standard on the AC-RPA, and all motions are either servo or variable frequency driven.
