The system features a wet environment design that includes all stainless steel construction, food-grade motors, and stainless sloped cabinets and junction boxes. The system accepts product from two lanes and distributes them into the autoload bucket conveyor at 120 ppm. The floorplan of the MK-CMS is ultra-compact and can seamlessly integrate into your production line.

The VL-ILC provides the ultimate flexibility when handling bulk product and erecting specially designed cartons. The system was able to erect a hexagonal carton with a special auto-bottom closure. The VL-ILC also had a unique glue configuration to provide adhesive on three different locations.

This application of the HD-CMA – Heavy Duty Cartoner featured the unit end loading tubes of product at over 120 ppm. The system also featured an integrated Rotary AFA Leaflet Feeder to place literature into continuous motion buckets. The system can run tuck or glue style cartons with minimal changeover time.
