MK-ISP – INTERMITTENT SERVOPACK CARTONER
The MK-ISP – Intermittent Servopack Cartoner is a servo-driven, compact cartoner that can be easily integrated into new/existing production lines. This cartoner can be designed to fit in any production environment, including wet, cold, dusty, and humid. The MK-ISP can also handle an array of different product applications making this cartoner ideal for complex projects. Furthermore, AFA can design special in-feed systems for unique package configurations and sizes. The MK-ISP is servo-driven, which ensures high speeds and improved fault diagnostics. Stainless steel construction, U.H.M.W. chain rails, and No Product, No Carton, No Load are standard providing numerous benefits such as long-term operation and quiet, efficient operation.
The MK-ISP also includes standard features such as PanelView 700 HMI, CompactLogix PLC system, discharge belts, and category 3 guarding with safety interlocks. The MK-ISP can handle tuck, glue, or both style cartons on the same machine. High-speed collating speeds are available through the use of the Linear Servopack System.
Can handle up to 150ppm. Loading Funnels with servo driven pushers end load product into the carton. Only erects cartons when needed, reducing energy costs. Intuitive screens allow access to servo motor control, recipe changes, machine operation statistics and more. The ultra-compact MK-ISP allows you to save valuable floor space.Key Features

Small Footprint
Code daters, ink/laser jet printers, and bar code readers can all be mounted on the MK-ISP. Allows for small depth cartons. Siko counters, ratchet handles, and visual scales can all be added to aid in changeover. Handles square cartons with ease as the carton will be prebroken slightly before placement into the main chain conveyor. Can be constructed using stainless steel or equivalent for wash-down capability.Optional Features
