This process will ensure that the product is organized for downstream case-packing operations. A lane diverger will help improve top-load case-packing cycle times, as there is no need for the case-packing robot to wait for the product to be collated. The product is already collated with a lane diverger, so the robot can easily pick the required pack pattern.
